Champion Square Books believes in maintaining transparency and fairness in all transactions. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled for orders placed on www.championsquarebooks.in.
1. Order Cancellation
a) Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email or phone with your Order ID.
If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.
b) After Dispatch
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
In such cases, the order will be treated under the Return & Refund policy (if applicable).
2. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of educational books and printed study material:
Returns are accepted only in case of:
Damaged product
Defective product
Wrong product delivered
Returns are not accepted for:
Change of mind
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Minor printing variations that do not affect content
Used, opened, or tampered books
3. Return Request Process
To request a return, the customer must:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share:
Order ID
Clear images or video of the damaged / incorrect product

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 working days.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated only after verification and approval of the return request.
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout (via Razorpay or other gateways).
5. Replacement Policy
In approved cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where:
A damaged or incorrect product is delivered.
7. COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed via:
Bank transfer or UPI, after collecting necessary details from the customer.
8. Delayed or Failed Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the specified timeline:
Please check with your bank or payment provider first.
Then contact us at support@championsquarebooks.in with your Order ID.
9. Right to Refuse
Champion Square Books reserves the right to:
Accept or reject cancellation, return, or refund requests
Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
